I wasn't too particular on our schedule for this trip, but renting bikes at the Han was one thing that I've wanted to do for the longest time. Being sandwiched between lush foliage on one side and a vast river on the other with the cool breeze from biking was so blissfully refreshing. I'm glad we made it a point to reserve one afternoon for just this, because it was one of the highlights in my memory (which is saying a lot because there were hardly any negatives to our time in Seoul).

After coming out from the bike path, we rode up to the I Seoul U letters and a grassy park where people were picnicking and a small outdoor pop-up event for a celebrity was taking place. We were hungry by then, but rather than venturing far for a pricey dinner, we opted for ramen at the riverside convenience store, another small pleasure I got to cross off my Seoul bucket list!

Unfortunately, I only managed a handful of photos since it was embarrassingly difficult to balance holding my phone and not run into other bikers. Looking back now, I think being present, taking in the view, and appreciating the happiness I was feeling in that moment was worth the lack of photos, though.
